We are using England Athletics entry system Roster Athletics for many of our competitons, and you can register athletes at any time ready for  future competitions. Athletes will then have access to any competitions added to the Roster Athletics platform, and info will include start lists, results and entry registration as well as a newsfeed. The main portal to do this is at meets.rosterathletics.com – click on log-in, then sign up (top right). You will be asked to create an account, which is a simple procedure, then multiple athletes can be registered under your login. After you’ve created your own account, simply click on the menu (3 lines) in the top right corner, select account, then Athletes & relays, followed by Add athlete/relay. You can then add an athletes details, this can be repeated for as many athletes as you need – you can record any PBs against each athlete so you don’t have to do it for each event entry. Once your athlete(s) has been registered, click on competitions to search for events to enter. This site can be accessed either via PC or your phone – a couple of screenshots are shown below to help in case you’re struggling.

There is also a very useful app for your phone, and this is the main interface for fans, athletes, and coaches to see start lists and get instant results. The app is available on both the iOS App Store for Apple iPhone and iPad devices and Google Play app store for Android devices and is well worth downloading.  There’s a newsfeed within the app, and each event you’ve entered has it’s own feed so you can see what’s going on as it happens – simply click follow on the event you’re interested in. One important note – you can’t enter via the app, you can only do this on the website itself.

You are invited to join the NECAA/NEGP Spond group using this link – you’ll need the code DWCMW to join the group once you’ve signed up with the app. The app will be used to pass on useful information, last minute updates, timetables, entry info etc. You’ll be notified whenever an NEGP (or other event) is open for entries, and you can post any queries on there too, direct to the organisers.
The app isn’t compulsory though, and you can just use this link HERE to enter once events are open (usually on the Wednesday 3 weeks before each event). Simply click on the date you’re interested in and then choose “Online Entries” from the list shown. Information on start lists, pools and the timetable will also be published on this website as well as the Spond app mentioned above, usually by the Sunday prior to the match.
