We have a number of upcoming championship and open events (full list available on the events page.
First of all we have the Track Relays taking place at Monkton Stadium on Sept 3rd. Entries close for this event on the 30th August and are to be made by clubs only, not individuals.
Next up we have the NECAA Open Penthathlon on Sept 13th, again at Monkton Stadium. Entries for that event will also be closing soon, on Monday 1st September.
The following events are all road events, hosted by various organisations.
Redcar Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 21st September and incorporates the NECAA Half Marathon Championships
Heaton 10k Memorial Road Race, hosted by Heaton Harriers, is on November 9th and incorporates the NECAA 10k Road Championships as well as the NEMAA 10k Champs and the British Masters Athletics Federation (BMAF) 10k Champs. There are also shorter races for the younger athletes.
Brampton to Carlisle 10 Mile Race, hosted by Border Harriers, is on November 16th and incorporates the NECAA 10 Mile Championships.
