All start times are now visible on Roster – simply search either your name or the event name in the search bar to see which heat or pool you are in. All athletes must report to the holding area before their event – ten minutes before track times and twenty minutes before field events. We can’t hold up heats if you aren’t there on time, so please make sure you are at the holding area at the appropriate time for your event.

Very important reminder – if you competed in NEGP 1, please remember to bring your bibs with you on Wednesday – it’s £5 for a new set! Check your number in Roster or via the Bib finder on this site (the bibs for the NEYDL or those from the Champs will not work for this event!)
