Results from both days are available via Roster  The first day saw some amazing performances with four championships records broken, all by U17 athletes, two of which were by the same athlete in the same event!

U17 Women 200m – Celine Obinna-Alo of Gateshead with times of 24.40 (heats) and 24.21 (final), both times setting a new record and PB. Celine also held the record in 2024.

U17 Men 110mH – Hugo Douglas-Reeves of Darlington H & AC, setting a new championship record of 13.33 and a SB.

U17 Women Javelin – Skye Marshall of Gateshead, with a championship record throw of 41.11 and an SB.

 

Day 2 saw more lovely weather and even more record breaking performances!

U15 Girls 1500m – Gabrielle Pinder of New Marske Harriers Club set a new championship record of 4:34.11, the record had stood since 1987.

U17 Men High Jump – Eli Adams of North Shields Polytechnic jumping to a new record height of 1.95m

U17 Women Shot Put – Skye Marshall of Gateshead Harriers added another record to her weekend with a put of 12.34m

U20 Women Hammer Throw – Kaitlyn Waddell of Blyth RC threw 51.44m to set a new championship record, breaking the record she had set the previous year by 3m.

Senior Women Hammer Throw – Alice Barnsdale of North Shields Polytechnic added to the records with a massive throw of 62.75m (over 10m further than the previous record)
