Provisional start lists are now available HERE – these are subject to change once people start updating their PBs, plus there are still a couple of spots in the 3,000m and 800m which are currently in the process of being filled. Field pools and a full timetable will be published on this website in the next few days.
If you need to update a PB, please email [email protected] with your name, event and updated PB – no texts, FB, Spond or Whatsapp messages please, I can’t keep track! However, there is a specific post on Spond asking for PB updates if you prefer to use that method.
