The NECAA are operating under UKA Rule 21 S6 as one County and clubs must abide by those rules regarding qualifications and any other matters \nEntries are welcome from non NECAA competitors\, however\, in those events for which heats and finals are held\, such competitors may not displace NECAA athletes from any subsequent heat or final. \n  \n                                N.B this does not qualify students who have resided during term time alone. \n  \n  \n  \nWe can only accept online entries\, as this is a Championship event there will be no entries accepted after the closing date  \n  \n  \nWe are using England Athletics entry system Roster Athletics\, search North Eastern for all NECAA events.
